Pilates led by Gianluca Blandi is held twice weekly on Tuesdays and Thursdays 11.00am to 12.00pm
Body conditioning combines cardio and strength training to effectively burn fat and increase muscle strength. The exercises performed during our sessions can be scaled according to your fitness level.
